It’s a Charlie Parker tune. Camarillo is a place in California where there is a mental hospital. CP spent some time there to help with his addiction to narcotics.
Frank Zappa rhymes it with brillo. Steely Dan (in an explicit reference to CP) with armadillo.
I know a Scots lady who is a mental nurse who emigrated to California and ended up working at Camarillo.

He is an everyday bodhisattva, a natural teacher, a philosophical thinker, a funny guy. I feel calmer knowing he is in the world. Plus his cheer bombing skills are astonishing.

Over the last few months I have really enjoyed the exchanges I’ve had with Anne Louise. She seems a friendly, level headed person, who is interested in meeting, and understanding and helping, other people.

And of course she’s a great reader, although how much of her reading is of the weighty russian variety I’m not so sure;)
